But What is the Search Saver? 

This is one of our system's great features for those of you who'd like to save some time, and have listings that match your unique needs e-mailed to you as they come onto the market.  You can create as many different search selections as you'd like! 

If you'd like to use this feature, once you've selected your criteria, just click on the Search Saver button at the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to create your profile (minimal information required) and you'll start receiving the listings in your e-mail! Additionally, you'll receive access to save properties you've found to a Favorites folder, and be able to send those listings to your friends, family or real estate agent.
